Our platform helps hospitals and provider networks navigate and track the complexities of patience compliance, improve clinical outcomes, and optimize and create new revenue streams.
We are looking for a highly analytical and collaborative Business Analyst with deep experience working with (or within) healthcare systems or hospitals. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on extracting insights from large, complex datasets and understands how reimbursement—across private payors, Medicare, and Medicaid—affects health system decision making.
Key Responsibilities:
-Analyze large healthcare datasets to identify operational trends, financial patterns, and actionable insights for client health systems.
-Translate complex quantitative findings into clear, compelling insights for both internal stakeholders and healthcare-system clients.
-Build models and dashboards that support product development, customer reporting, and strategic decision-making.
-Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, clinical, and customer-success teams to refine requirements and continuously improve our platform.
-Support customer implementations by understanding hospital workflows, reimbursement mechanics, and system-level financial drivers.
-Conduct research on commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid reimbursement policies and their downstream impact on our customers.
-Assist in developing business cases, ROI models, and data-backed recommendations for clients and leadership.
Qualifications Required:
-Experience working for or with healthcare systems, hospitals, or provider networks.
-Strong quantitative background with ability to analyze large, multi-source datasets.
-Familiarity with U.S. healthcare reimbursement structures, including both private and public payer models. Proficiency in analytical tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Python/R, BI dashboards).
-Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
-Thrives in collaborative environments with a positive mindset; works extremely well in teams.
-Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Preferred Experience at a health-tech SaaS company.
-Understanding of cost accounting, claims data structures, or hospital operations. Background working with EHR data, claims data, or clinical/financial interoperability standards.

We are seeking a dynamic Director of Business Development to lead enterprise sales efforts and drive strategic growth. This is a high-visibility role for an individual who knows how to sell into complex healthcare systems, build executive-level relationships, and support the CEO on high-priority business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead the full enterprise sales lifecycle—from sourcing and initial outreach through contracting, negotiation, and closing.
-Engage, develop, and manage relationships with health system executives, provider-network leaders, and key decision makers.
-Support the CEO in strategic BD efforts, including:
-Joint meetings with health system executives
-Partnership discussions
-Strategic presentations and co-selling opportunities
-Develop and execute a market expansion strategy targeting hospitals, IDNs, ACOs, and related entities.
-Manage pipeline development, forecasting, and reporting using CRM best practices.
-Partner with product and customer-success teams to ensure strong alignment between customer needs and product roadmap.
-Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and onsite client meetings.
-Contribute to pricing, go-to-market strategy, messaging, and competitive positioning
Qualifications Required:
-Demonstrated success selling enterprise SaaS solutions into hospitals or health systems.
-Deep understanding of hospital buying processes, procurement, compliance, and stakeholder dynamics.
-Strong executive-presence and exceptional communication skills.Ability to independently lead complex sales cycles while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
-Experience working closely with C-suite leaders (CEO, CFO, CTO, etc.).Comfortable traveling for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
-Based in the San Francisco Bay Area (hybrid: remote + in-office).
Preferred:
-Experience in early-stage or growth-stage health-tech environments.
-Network of existing relationships with hospital leaders, IDNs, or payer/provider executives. Familiarity with reimbursement, value-based care models, and health system financial drivers.
-Background in enterprise partnerships, ecosystem development, or channel strategy.
