Healthcare Wasn't Built for
What's Coming Next
As the population of older adults grows faster than the workforce able to care for them, hospitals can't manage surgical quality and safety the old way anymore. Rainfall Health was built to close that gap, starting with the people who founded it.
Our Story
Founder and CEO Ahmed "Eddie" Qureshi grew up watching his mother and grandmother practice medicine in places the system had largely written off, rural Arkansas and rural Pakistan.
Both were pioneering physicians who built their careers around a simple belief: care shouldn't depend on geography, resources, or who happens to be paying attention.
Eddie carried that belief into Rainfall Health, but he saw a new kind of gap forming, one created not by geography, but by a healthcare system that hasn't caught up to who it's actually serving. A Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree, Eddie built Rainfall Health to close that gap and keep patient outcomes at the center of it, using AI and a framework built around three things: Compliance, Care Coordination, and AI-Enabled Care Design.
About Rainfall Health
Rainfall Health is the only end-to-end compliance platform helping hospitals and medical groups navigate Medicare's new mandates, starting with CMS TEAM.
We're building the national standard for Medicare-mandated compliance through R.A.I.N. Compliant™, a verifiable, AI-enabled certification adopted by hospitals, payers, and clinical partners across the country. It's the only certification of its kind, validated by an executive advisory committee of senior health system leaders who've put their reputations behind it, and built to keep patient outcomes at the center of it all.
At Rainfall Health, we're dedicated to improving operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and unlocking financial incentives for hospitals.

Our goal is to help health systems help patients to get the most value out of their care.
