He previously led healthcare investment banking engagements generating over $5Bn in transaction value spanning M&A, highly structured strategic transactions, and public and private capital raises.

A proven company-builder, Phil has served as a foundational executive across several healthtech AI, clinical-stage biotech, and medical nutrition companies — helping scale organizations from early-stage through commercial growth. He is a recognized civic leader in San Francisco, honored by the City for his work in community resilience and connectedness.

Phil holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Stanford University.
