Robby Wallace

Robby Wallace, MSN, RN, AMB-BC, CNL, is Vice President of Clinical Implementation at Rainfall Health. He serves as the clinical conscience of the organization — connecting care delivery, compliance, quality, safety, and AI-enabled innovation so platform capabilities align with evidence-based practice, regulatory requirements, and real-world hospital operations under value-based care programs. At Rainfall, Robby drives clinical engagement strategy and care transformation, leads workflow discovery and redesign to identify compliance vulnerabilities and care gaps, establishes clinical governance and risk management frameworks, and translates frontline insights into product requirements that improve adoption, quality in care delivery, and measurable financial performance. Robby serves as the lead to the R.A.I.N.™ Compliance Executive Committee for Rainfall Health.

As a board certified Registered Nurse, Robby completed his Masters of Science in Nursing from the University of San Francisco and attained his undergraduate degree in Health Sciences from the University of Nevada, Reno. In his post-master's work, he graduated from an advanced nursing fellowship in Evidence-Based Practice with Stanford School of Medicine, trained at the Institute for Healthcare Improvement's Patient Safety and Quality Executive program, and received certification from George Washington University.

Robby's career in healthcare spans nearly 20 years, combining 12 years as a clinician with the remainder in clinical operations, regulatory compliance, and programming. Spending nearly eight years at Stanford Health Care, Robby transitioned from an acute care nursing role into the outpatient space. There, he served on executive councils and chaired multiple committees across Stanford Medicine's Shared Leadership Council in areas of Quality, Education and Practice where he supported their 5th MAGNET redesignation application. His work in clinical operations includes managing implementation and compliance within tech at PresenceLearning — where he brought a 1,000-person healthcare technology organization to HIPAA compliance and managed regulatory requirements across CMS, OIG, HIPAA, and ACA.

Robby has published clinical research in safe patient handling which was implemented at Kaiser Permanente Northern California as well as a publication in community health outreach. He remains engaged in the newest evolution of advanced care delivery across the health continuum to ensure quality design meets industry standards in patient safety as a Clinical Nurse Leader.
